Welcome to our consultation website for the proposals for Buntingford, Parkside.
Back in January 2024, Hallam Land Management consulted on their plans to build a brand new community for Buntingford - providing new homes, employment, a new Buntingford park and local amenities such as land for a new school and GP surgery.
Since then, Hallam Land has made a number of changes to the proposals which are detailed on this consultation website. Specifically, the proposals will now come forward as three applications which will be submitted separately. The updates to the proposals can be found on the Updates to the proposals page.
The residential-led application has now been submitted to East Herts District Council, with the other two applications in the process of being finalised.
As our plans develop, we will continue to work closely with residents and the community to ensure this scheme is designed to be the best possible development for the local community.
